There are so many unidentified dead in India. Some of whom die of natural causes, others die as a result of crime*. All unidentified dead have a human right to be positively identified and the perpetrators of crimes that result in death must be apprehended and convicted. Only through ethical research and analysis of human remains can this be accomplished with the degree of scientific rigor required by a court of law.
INSAAF will push the frontiers of this type of research and facilitate repatriation of the deceased to their families.
